14-day returns & cancellation

These terms describe returns for consumer purchases from AKITAJP PRO. This catalogue currently does not accept orders or payments.

Change of mind: 14 days

For an eligible online purchase, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. No reason is needed. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period starts after receipt of the last item. Send the goods back within a further 14 days after notifying us.

How to notify us

Use the contact channel in your order confirmation, or send a clear cancellation statement to the operator’s correspondence address. The model cancellation form is optional. Keep evidence of your notification. A request for return instructions does not replace your clear cancellation statement; cancellation does not depend on our prior approval.

Return destination and costs

Return the item to the address from which it was dispatched, as confirmed in your order documents or our written return instructions. Contact us promptly if that address is unclear. We remain responsible for handling the return even if the dispatch address belongs to a fulfilment partner. A different address may be agreed for a service-centre return.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost only where this obligation was disclosed before purchase. If an item cannot normally be returned by post, its return cost or an estimate must also be disclosed before purchase. Returns of faulty goods are covered separately and are at our expense.

Inspection and condition

You may unpack and inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original unopened packaging is not a blanket condition of cancellation. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value, where legally permitted. Package the item securely and include supplied accessories; keep proof of posting.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery within 14 days after being told of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first. An extra charge for premium delivery is not refundable under the cancellation right. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

Faults and warranties

The 14-day cancellation period does not limit your rights for faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods. See faulty goods & warranties. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain protected.
