What is the difference between a mill and a flaker?
A stone mill grinds grains into flour for baking. A flaker presses grains into flakes for porridge and muesli. Choose the electric E-Flaker, manual Table-Flaker, or Mockmill Flakes attachment for a compatible mixer. Follow the manufacturer’s preparation instructions for each grain.
Which home flour mill should I choose?
Compare milling speed, housing and intended use. The 100 models mill about 100 g of soft wheat per minute; the 200 models about 200 g. Pro 200 also supports continuous milling.
Can I use a grain mill for corn flour?
The instructions for Mockmill 100, 200, Lino and Pro mills include dry corn / maize, but exclude popcorn corn. Follow the settings and restrictions for your exact model. A grain flaker does not replace a corn flour mill.
Which grain mill is suitable for a small business?
Mockmill Pro 200 supports continuous milling. For a small bakery or other business, compare the intended daily volume and ingredients with the model’s capabilities and commercial warranty conditions.
